The penultimate unit in a batch of 13 stainless steel Wash Cabinets has now passed final inspection, marking another key milestone in our work for Sellafield’s new SIXEP Continuity Plant. Designed and fabricated to exacting standards, these cabinets will be used to help remove radioactive contaminants from effluent waste — a critical function in the plant’s overall mission to protect the environment and public health.

Once fully fitted out, the units will be installed on-site, where their durability and precision engineering will support the safe and continuous treatment of waste. This project highlights our capability to deliver high-specification, nuclear-grade fabrications for some of the UK’s most demanding industrial environments.
